TUMBO Puree

Passiflora tripartita

Tumbo, also known as Banana Passionfruit, is a Passiflora species native to the Peruvian Andes. Its fragrant, tangy pulp is naturally rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. Pre-Columbian civilizations used its pulp to prepare refreshing beverages and to add acidity to dishes such as ceviche, long before lemons were introduced to the Americas.

Our premium Tumbo pulp preserves the fruit’s refreshing tangy flavor and natural aroma, making it ideal for beverages, cocktails and food applications.
