Physalis peruaviana

Capuli is the sweetest variety of the Physalis genus. It grows at around 3000 meters above sea level and contains both vitamins A and C. When picked at the perfect moment of ripeness, the fruit has developed all of its most essential components, which is  reflected in the high quality of its purée.
